Sowing some Wild OAKS - Welcome to the Wild O.A.K.s website. This website is a compilation of tidbits and good news (O.A.K.s - Ordinary Acts of Kindness) that I've pulled together to pass along.

If you have any good deeds, new projects, acts of kindness, inspirational stories or motivational emails you would like to share, please send them my way so I can share them with others. And please forward this link along to as many people as you can.

And if you would like to make sure you don't miss any updates to this website, please click here to be added to the Wild OAKS email list.

Good Times and Good Deeds ~ I am interested in starting a group of people that want to brainstorm, exchange ideas and possibly work on community projects together. If you are interested in joining such a group (The first chapter of the Wild OAKS), please send me an email. If you aren't local to Brevard County, Florida, please feel free to join anyway and share ideas.

Wild OAKS

My friend Carmen forwarded me an email message that inspired me for the whole day. Here is a link to the video that it contained: Video The video is touching in itself. But the thought that it left me with is one of awareness and gratitude. After watching the video, I couldn't get this thought out of my mind. 'Every day is a beautiful day. We just need to remind ourselves to see it.'

Another one from Carmen. No matter how you feel about the war, you must watch this one: Video

Here's another great inspirational video that was sent to me by my friend Jon. The Dash. Some of you may have seen it before, but it is worth watching again. The way that I met Jon was so serendipitous that it didn't surprise me when he sent this video today. He lives 2300+ miles from me and we don't communicate very often. But today he sent a video that is about everything I have been thinking about lately - what can I do at this point in my life to make a positive difference in the world.
